Busy Busy Weekend!

Valentines, Birthdays, Blessing, FUN!! - This past week has been busy busy and so much fun with all the family in from out of town. I'll give a little breakdown of the main events!

Millie's Birthday: Milly wanted to have a cousins party so Em and Ted opened up their home to little Millie to host a mermaid/pirate party. Molly organized some games for the kids and we all ate yummy pizza. Happy 6th birthday Millie!

 Happy Blain the Pirate
Avenlea and summer bringing up the tail end of the race
 Millie cutting her tower cake!

Sadie's Blessing: Theron Blessed little Sadie on Sunday and it was nice to have a good representation of the Moyeda side. We love you Baby Sadie!
Some of the group at the Blessing. We ate a yummy lunch and got to catch up with family before heading over to the church

Katy's Birthday: We celebrated my birthday Sunday night so that we could have more people there to celebrate. Shamene made me the most delicious and beautiful cake I could imagine. Chocolate chip cookie dough cake. HEAVEN!!
I also got to blow out my sparkler candles and make a wish and open lots of really nice presents! I literally got everything on my list everyone was so generous. I went on a shopping spree the next day to Joann's for some fun scrapbook items and can't wait to use my new waffle maker, ice cream maker, tie dye kit and so much more!
I've already cut 3 stickers from the vinyl Molly got me, I wear my new purple jacket from Em everyday, and Blain likes to check my new dream catcher from Yuv every morning for any bad dreams. I've had to keep my 2 new GIANT bags of gummy bears out of sight so I don't eat them all in one day and Mom suprised me with a heat mat for my starts and a gift card to home depot to get the rest of the seed starting supplies I need. It was a great birthday!!
Me and my amazing birthday cake!

On my actual birthday the next day I woke up to some super cute kiddos bringing me a yummy breakfast of a pink frosting sandwhich (their specialty), graham cracker, orange, and a bag of sweet hearts. I love them so much, they woke up (super early) and made me breakfast in bed without any help. It means so much that they used all their little baby resources to make me happy.
Just waking up to my delicious breakfast :)
They were so nice to help me eat my sand which because "mommy you must be really full" They chowed down! I remember that being one of my favorite things about bringing my mom breakfast in bed was that she would always share her yummy breakfast with us!
They made me beautiful birthday cards with a poem inside and my sweet Chloe gave me just what I asked her for - unlimited cuddles and letting me hold her whenever I wanted! She's a hard one to get snuggles from so this made my day when I saw the sweet card that she made pronouncing I could hold her all day.
Me getting in some good Chloe holding :)

Avenlea's First Haircut: Chels was so nice to trim up Avenlea's whispy hair to "make it so long" as Avenlea says. Her hair looks so much thicker now and cute all framed around her face. Thanks Aunt Chelsea!
Avenlea sitting so still watching Pocahontas while she gets her hair cut
Finished product complete with princess dress

Happy Valentine's Day! We all had some yummy chocolate valentines and some super cute home made valentines from Chloe the morning of Valentine's Day. Chloe and Blain both had parties at school and brought home lots of treats. On my birthday we went out for a combines Valentine/Birthday lunch and movie combo while Molly and Jonny watched the kiddos.
We went out to applebees where I got a short rack of ribs and Nate got some Yummy chicken dish. We shared an oreo shake and couldn't fit in another bite so we passed on dessert. We went out to see The Great Wall with Matt Damon which was pretty entertaining. Best of all the whole date was FREE because we used gift cards that we got for Christmas and that I'd found lost in my purse... I Love My Family :)
Zeyta eating her valentine chocolate and heart shaped pancake
Avenlea with her treats and pancake
Sweet Blainito ready to chow down
Chloe was so sweet making valentines for everyone and writing some really cute poems on the cards. I have them all saved in my file folder because she put so much time and effort into making them (a week or so) and they are just so darn cute!!
 Love of my life!!

In other cuteness...
Chloe dressed up as a Ballerina for Hip Hop Class - she took Blain with her for Buddy Day, needless to say he will not be taking up Hip Hop in the near future. "Blain how did you like Hip Hop?' "Um, pretty terrible"
Zeyta soaking up the sum - We had super nice weather for about a week (after it rained for about a week) and melted all the snow. Zeyta loved being outside everyday especially playing on the little Dora Car. Unfortunately in snowed all night and all day so we now have about a foot or more of snow on the ground again. So much for early spring.
Blain playing UNO with me "I can feel it in my blood, bones and skin that I'm gonna win this one". I said the whole "I can feel it in my bones" line that my grandpa Ben used to say when we would play and now Blain has taken that to the next level. He actually does win quite a bit. We've had talks about being a good loser and a good winner so now he tells me how good I did everytime I lose. Way to be Blain!
Just my sweet princess Avenlea :)
