Blossoms in the orchard!

Springtime: It officially feels like spring to me now that the trees have woken up! I noticed the plum trees all bloomed out about 3 or 4 days ago, and yesterday I finally made it into the orchard to see what was going on in there. Well we have blossoms on ALL 3 of the peach trees just starting to open, and blossoms on the sweet cherry trees as well. The pear trees are just starting to get their leaves as well as the apricot, sour cherry, and apple trees. It's an off year for apples so the big trees probably won't produce but I'm super hopeful for a bigger peach crop and maybe even some cherries!!
 Pretty pink peach blossoms
Blossoms on the Black Tartarian Cherry tree
 Sour Cherry tree
One of the little apple trees
Apricot tree - still no popcorn popping ;(
Sweet potato vines getting really big! They are about 4-5 inches long now, just a couple more inches until we snap them off, grow some roots, and plant them for our first sweet potatoes!
Tomato plants looking good and healthy despite getting left outside ALL DAY and NIGHT, oops
I transplanted the broccoli, kale, and lettuce yesterday. The lettuce died immediately so I don't think I will try transplanting that anymore, but the kale and broccoli are looking really good today.
We had a sad little mishap today with the broody chicken - she somehow got out of the brood area and then locked out. Our best guess is the door got blown open, she went out to scratch around, and then the wind again blew the door closed. So we called those eggs a loss but checked them to see if she was infact sitting on fertile eggs. The eggs were fertile so I guess the up side is now we know Kingsley is doing his job! We might have a new broody chicken too so we'll just try again!
Piggies growing really well! The runt continues to make up ground and they are all coming up to us when we come to the pig pen. Molly and Jonny came over again today to help finish the pig pen and it is done!
Nate finished the fencing and Jonny enclosed the shelter and finished the roof. We moved Prince Ali into his new little home with some "fear and food". Lol. Nate herded him over to me and I had food waiting to throw into the area then closed the gate. Just like that. Nate is going to build a feeder box before we move the piggies in but I think they are going to love the grass and all the space to roam around!
One of my last daffodils - they have all died from a couple really cold nights a week or so ago, but this one seems to be holding up really well, and it's beautiful!

Family Times: Here are a couple little snippets of what's been going on with these cuties.
Zeyta is putting her new mobility to good use. She is crawling all over the house, opening cupboards, exploring the yard, and spilling the pig bucket every chance she gets.
"Frog, Wishenpoof!" Avenlea in her wings and magic wand wearing of course her purple dress. We just figured out that she thinks you have to wear a dress to look beautiful which explains why she wants to wear a dress everyday. We asked if Zeyta, mommy, etc. was beautiful and she "no, Zeyta wear shirt". What a sweet girlie girl!
Avenlea was so happy that she and Zeyta were wearing matching dresses!
I've been putting Zeyta in the carrier to do chores and she seems to really like it. Boy is it a process to get her in there but it's comfy and easy going once she's in!
 Get that Daddy!
Playing in the new feed bins. Those black boxes have been hiding places, boats, beds, trains, etc.  - I need to run to Spanish Fork to fill up on pig food for the new piggies who have already gone through a bin of food!
