Mamma and Chris come to stay, Blain turns 4, Cousin Camp and Happy 4th of July

Grandma and Pop Pop: Momma and Chris were able to stay until the 29th to help out with little Zeyta. Mom was so helpful with my ABC's, making dinner, laundry... you name is she was helping. Chris and Nate spent their time building the addition to the coop. It is all but finished now except the paint and chicken wire. There are tons of cool features that I'll have to take pictures of later. While Wendy and her family were here Nate and Mamma took the kids on the Grotto hike while I got to have some one on one time with little Zeyta. They had a blast and all 3 of them hiked the whole way! That hike is still one of my favorites to go on even if the drive to the trail head is extra long now that we're in Heber. I can't thank mom and Chris enough for all their help and I know my babies all loved having them here.

Coming home outfit - It's crazy to think she is 2 weeks old already. She had her appointment today and is now 7lb 6 oz, 21 inches long and everything looks good!
Naps with Daddy
Playing in the new Coop
Putting "the babies" in the new broody section of the coop
Avenlea and Ruby catching chicks - the video that accompanies this picture is hilarious
Dragon Toes - Avenlea especially loved Pop Pop and Shadow who also came to stay. If she was upset we would just take her out to see "puppy" and she would get happy.

Blain is SO FAST!!

Cold toes
Happy Chloe - she hiked her little backpack in the whole way. It had diapers, wipes, water and a couple of her favorite toys of course. She is such a good girl and getting so big I can't believe it sometimes.
Mischievous little Blainito

Happy Birthday Blain: My sweet boy turned 4 this year and he is having a blast eating up his leftover cake, playing with his birthday gifts and snacking of his treats. We had the family over for dinner of peanut butter and nutella sandwiches per his request. We also made BBQ pulled pork from some of our pork roasts complete with watermelon, chips, and soda (all Blain's favorite things). He requested a Blanky cake again this year and Nate did an awesome job. He built a little mini bunk bed that looks just like their beds then decorated the bottom cake to look like his blanket. Nate used yarn this year for the tickles and he was so excited that "they really tickle!" (again the video when we brought it out to him is awesome). Wendy brought a box of pirate decorations and party favors that were a huge hit. We bought a pirate ship pinata and called it a party ;) The kids all had lots of fun dressing up like pirates, especially my birthday boy.
 He named himself Captain Redbeard

Opening presents - a little crazy with all the cousins surrounding him. He got lots of fun stuff including lots of cool flashlights, fun dress up costumes (police and astronaut), goo, a pool, toothless and hiccup action figures, American ninja warrior tank top, a toolbox set, and a pirate chest with chocolate coins.
Astronaut
Police Chief - he loves those handcuffs

Happy 4th of July: We had a really fun 4th with all the family in town (Grammy and Papa Vern, Melissa's family, Darcey's family, Molly's family, Stacey and Ammon, Abe's family and Em's family). We spent the day at Em's and Nate camped out with Chloe and Blain that night. Grammy took Chloe and Blain early to a parade and then we met up around noon for a BBQ. All the cousins had fun playing in the kiddie pools and Marie's swing set. Some people went off to stadium of fire but we stayed at Em's for some Ted fireworks and sparklers. I then took Avenlea and Zeyta home while Nate camped out with the older two. Over all a good holiday and so much fun to spend it with family.

 Watching the neighborhood fire works
 Sparklers
 Chloe loved twirling with hers
Blain was so funny - he just wanted to put out the firework in the bucket of water we had for them. Whatever makes him happy I guess :)

Half way through Blain ran to get his Blankie and wrapped up to watch

Cousin Camp:  Grammy, Melissa and Molly put on another cousin camp this year and it was tons of fun. They started out with bowling down in Provo then we met up at Molly's house for some pool time, slack lining, crafts, box car races, water balloon and gun fights, yummy food, and fun memories with their cousins.
Avenlea walking the rope - I walked on it a little with Nate's help and it's harder then it looks!
Chloe loving the pool -  They were so much braver this year, swimming by themselves all over the pool
 Looking good Blain
He actually wore them on top of his head most of the time as you can see from the marks ;)
Avenlea getting ready to jump to Daddy in her new swim suit from Grandma Janice
Cutie pie swimmer - notice the black eye... she tipped a stool over on herself, poor baby
Mommy and Zeyta enjoying the activities
 Blowing up her floaties
Avenlea and Grammy chillin on the steps
Puppy love
