Last Day of Preschool
Em and Ted came up for the graduation and brought her a present of new Art Supplies!
On our way to the graduation - I took Chloe dress shopping on Wednesday to pick out a new special dress. She wanted a red sparkly one and would have nothing else. Well the only one we found was a size 12. I spent an hour or so altering it but the dress fit in the end and made her happy.

Homestead: This week has been a busy one. I bought 32 strawberry plants and spent the better part of 3 days planting them. It's also been super rainy so finding time between rain showers to do the actual digging, mulching and planting has been a challenge. But they are all in and have been sufficiently watered with plenty of rain. Siri has gone into permanent run lock down though as she has taken a special interest in the few ripe strawberries that were on the plants. We need to chicken proof the fence to the backyard so she can come out again.
I made Tiki Masala the other night with fresh cream and home made yogurt from Betty. It made me think someday in the future we could have potatoes from the garden, meat from chickens, cream from the cow and even some of the spices all from the farm.
I potted up the tomatoes and broccoli and we have some BIG sprouts from the vining plants. I hope this little jump start helps us get more veggies out of the garden
And some Daddy playtime. Nate is such a good sport always being willing to do the "rough" play that I am incapable of at the moment. 36 weeks and counting! I am feeling VERY ready for this baby to be born, mostly because the tingling/swelling/nerve pinching in my hands and arms makes sleeping near impossible at night. Love my 3 sweet babies and can't wait for the 4th!
