Last Days in Ecuador

On our second to last day in Quito we went to a rain forest and went on 13 zip lines. We got to hike around in the forest to get to each zip line and go flying across valleys and rivers!

We all got strapped in and sometimes we even got to go across with a Guide. On the right I'm getting ready to go across upside down. It was pretty intense.

Afterwards we went hiking to several waterfalls. The only down side was all the bugs. My legs were COVERED in bites, and later developed an infection, but no worries, I'm better now.

We also went to tour the equator line. They showed us alot of cool stuff from the Native Ecuadorian people. They had real shrunken heads and huts that the people used to live in.

You can do all sorts of cool things on the Equator. You can balance an egg on a nail, and water doesn't swirl when it drains, it just goes strait down. There is also this crazy strength test where you become a lot weaker when standing on the equator.
