Bowling Party: Chloe had a party for her school friends at the local bowly alley. We had yummy cake pops and a round of bowling for everyone. Chloe was so silly and had so much fun with her friends and cousins.
My excited birthday girl waiting for the guests to arrive
Careful!!
Chloe was so excited her friends from school could come
Chloe getting sung to and choosing her cake pop - Kiya helped me make all those cake pops! We learned some valuable lessons about making cake pops :)The little kids lane
It was fun to have Em and Ted and their girls come too!
Wrestle Mania: Blain, Damian and Darius have had 4 wrestling meets now and we are hopefully taking a couple weeks off for a little breather. Blain has done really well usually placing 3rd or 2nd in his bracket. Damian got his first pin in a match and was pumped! Darius was sick and couldn't compete in this match but has been learning a lot and improving too. Good work guys!
Blain pinning a tough opponent
Nice take down!

Nice work Damian :)
Blain got second in freestyle and third in folkstyle at the Box elder tournament!
One of these matches was the toughest match I've ever seen! Blain was winning most of the match then he got put on his back and had to fight to not get pinned for 45 seconds. Nate said that is extremely hard to do. I felt like crying watching him fight so hard and still not be able to turn over but he was so strong and never gave up!
"Use your half" - one of the phrases I hear Nate calling to him all the time
Blain getting ready for his first tournament back in February
His first win in competitive wrestling at the Wasatch Tournament!
Katy's Trip to Cali: My sisters and I gave mom a weekend with us as her Christmas present this year. At the end of February we went to Dana Point for a weekend together. We walked on the beach, rode bikes, did a little geocaching, talked and talked, solved eachother's problems ;) and had a great time together.
Me and Mamma on the beach at sunset - how romantic ;)Heading out on the bikes! Poor Yuv had a little fall off the curb but other than that it was pretty fun cruising along to beach!
Napping in the sand!
Chels found the geocache! I left a LDS church history museum pressed penny in the little box
Before getting on the plane Mom took Em and I out to breakfast! I had amazing french toast. Of note, Em and I had to miss the first night of fun because we got snowed out! The airport delayed our flight a whole day, but we did make it out the following morning thank goodness. I wasn't very happy but once we were there it made it all better!
Random Cuteness: Here is a little day to day
Grandma and Grandpa Moyeda invited us over for family dinner (amazing ribs!!) to their house so we had a nice evening togetherDentist visits - Zeyta will be having her first visit next time so they let her ride in the chair to get her ready
Zeyta has learned to do a forward roll!
Poor Zeyta had either strep or hand foot and mouth but either way she was sick for a while in early March. Poor baby
Avenlea is still rocking her gymnastics classes! She is awesome at bar and rarely falls off the beam!
The snow is all melted now but we are still having lots of cold cold days and nights
Play dates with Blain's best friend from school
Playing in Uncle Sammy's Jeep!
Blain found that rock hammer (aka welding hammer) he is so excited to take it rock hounding!
Chloe got her ears pierced the day after she turned 8! She has since lost her new earring in the community pool, had someone find it, and then lost it again before getting it home to put in her ear... So she has miss matched earrings for the next week and a half or so.
Chloe with her earrings and new slippers from grandma!
Avenlea was invited to her first birthday party which was at the Kamas pool. It was a special treat to spend the day with just Avenlea. We found a geocache, splashed in the kids area and went down a really fun swirly slide. She was so cute yelling with joy saying "this is amazing!!!" I sure love that tiny girl! She was exhausted and slept the whole drive home
This little one is always in a leotard! Even doing her chores she gets in shoes and a jacket but walks out in a tiny leotard! Silly cutie
Geocaching! We went around Northfields and picked up a couple caches. I'm realizing I'm not very good at this new hobby of mine but I really do enjoy it! Especially when I have cute company like these two girlies.
Books with Buddies: We had a fun morning reading with our school age kids an especially fun having Aunt Melissa share donuts with us!
Daddy and the cutiesMommy's turn ;)
St. Patricks Day: Melissa's family loves having big celbratins for St. Patrick's day so we got to enjoy their fun tradition too this year! She got everyone little gifts, fun green attire, and even had a leprechaun leave clues to find his treasure!

Melissa made an amazing dinner with yummy green punch, corned beef, mashed potatoes and cabbage.
Chloe's Family Party: We had the family over for a dinner of Hawaiian haystacks and white cake cream cheese frosting and dipped strawberries. I never thought I'd see the day Chloe would choose vanilla over chocolate but here it is!

Individual Eggs: Melissa did a family night talking about being who you are and not giving into peer pressure and standing up for what's right. She let them all paint a unique egg which was fun for the whole group!
Chloe had spots and dots and lots of layersCan you guess what color blain did his egg?

Kiya and Avenlea's eggs turned out really nice- they loved the shimmer paint!
