Chloe's Happy Day: Chloe's birthday fell on a Sunday this year so we all got to be together the whole day which was nice. We had breakfast of Chloe's choice, went to church where she got sung to in Primary, and had some family over for dinner and cake and icecream. She was such a happy girl.
Wearing her new pretty pretty dress from Em
Chloe chose Cream of Wheat and Toast for breakfast
Chloe cutting the cake all by herself. Guess which "piece" she wanted? The biggest section, more like half the cake than a piece. She sure loves her chocolate on chocolate cake with pink, white and brown ice cream.

Licking the candles
Party at Aunt Molly's house: Molly threw a fun combined party for Chloe and Aya at her house on saturday. It was My Little Pony themed and there were lots of balloons, games and of course 2 cakes (both were delicious).

Inspecting her candles (she had a Rainbow Dash cake)
I love the Mitchell tradition of the special birthday knife - Chloe got to use Molly's this time
Yum!!
More coop and starts: the first sprouts came up today! We have 3 or 4 broccoli and cauliflower seedlings coming up! Nate made some good progress on the coop over the weekend and this evening. I'm trying to help by taking all the old nails out of the old coop siding so we can re use it. Slow but steady and we'll get there before the chickies need a bigger home.
If you look closely you can see the tiny sprout
Door framed, sides stabilized, roosting slots drilled. Love my hard working man!
