The Summer has come and gone. Nate is back at work, now up in Heber at Rocky mountain middle school teaching just 7th graders. Life has been pretty low key but here are some fun pictures and a couple highlights:
Happy Anniversary! Nate and I celebrated 4 wonderful years of marriage by going to the Cheesecake factory. Nate splurged and got me an i touch to take with me to cali to keep chloe occupied on the plane, facetime eachother, and take pictures since my camera is mia. I got him a pillowcase that was supposed to keep him cool at night, but it didn't work as well as promised
:( It's the thought that counts??

Eating a bite of the white chocolate rasberry truffle cheescake.

Nate enjoying his virgin pina colada. We sat at the bar because we were in a slight rush to get to the airport.
Chloe, Blain and I took a trip down to San Diego to meet Wendy's baby Benji who is just 11 days older than Blain. Em was so nice to take Chloe on her lap on the way there and Blain on the way back. Both babies did really well on the plane. Chloe had lots of fun playing with her cousins Timmy and Dylan; and Blain and Benjamin liked laying next to eachother seeing who's arms could flail around the fastest.

Chloe and all her cousins on the Moyeda side. Em likes to take a picture with all the babies every chance she gets.

In the car a rare occasion where both babies fell asleep in the car.

Chloe at the beach, for some reason she kept doing that all day. She loved the sand and even went in the water with me and enjoyed it! She kept saying "Em" over and over until I would walk her over to be with Em. The water was cool but not cold enough to keep us out!

This is how Blain spent his first couple trips to the beach. He (sadly) even got his first sun burn when he was not under his umbrella for about 10 minutes.
The hat has made it's reappearance and Chloe is just as cute as ever. Chloe is probably gonna wonder why she's just in a diaper in a lot of her pictures. It's cuz you're so cute!!

When I got home Nate has done a lot of work on the house but didn't quite ge tit finished so I helped him prime some of the spots on the walls that he had patched up. The house is looking so good, we even have one window fully finished - paint and all.

Blain gives us the best smiles when he is awake. This is one of my favorites!

Chloe wearing her Daddy's glasses. She loves to take them from Nate every chance she gets and can even put them on her own face now. She looks just like a little librarian.

Blain gets some one on one time with me and Nate every night after Chloe goes to bed. We love him more and more everyday!

Chloe's motherly instincts are kicking in early. She is so sweet to Blain - she gives him kisses, wipes his face with the burp cloth, tries to feed him bottles and brings him his binky. She loves her baby doll too and likes to wear the carrier just like mommy does with Blain.
